The Current Hockman Candy located at 2 West Long Avenue in Dubois was involved in the great fire of 1888. It sold a couple times and was bought in 1901 by Charles Hays who would make it into a Pharmacy in 1913. It was home to Shenkles Pharmacy which was known for a large wooden Native American Statue. Hockman candy is still going strong.
